What is your shipping policy for food items?

Orders are processed within 24 hours to ensure maximum freshness. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, and we offer free shipping on all orders over $50.

Can I return coffee if I don't like the taste?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened coffee bags. However, if there is a quality issue or shipping damage, please contact us for a full replacement.
